Glenn founded Glenn Martin Company and has spent over twenty years serving commercial property owners across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. His work spans lease negotiation, property management, and project management for owners from small to institutional — dedicated to finding the sweet spot in every project while maintaining the balance of tenant satisfaction and the investor's return. Working from the perspective of a partner in the property, Glenn gives clients an advantage few owners are able to duplicate on their own.

Samuel Fox Brennan

Vice President · Broker

Sam joined Glenn Martin Company in 2022 and oversees the firm's day-to-day operations. A Cal Poly graduate and licensed California Real Estate Broker, he brings a strong work ethic, local market knowledge, and a hands-on approach to brokerage, leasing, and property management.

Sam grew up working in his family's business, Brennan, Jewett & Associates, based in Woodland, California, where he gained experience in agricultural management, agricultural equipment and tractor sales, and emission-reduction programs serving farmers and agricultural businesses.

That background in agriculture, business, sales, and real estate gives him a practical, well-rounded perspective — carrying forward the high standard of service clients expect from the Glenn Martin Company name.
